Il Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC is a Brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. Over the years, the distinctive typicality and quality traits of these grapes have remained unchanged.

VINIFICATION

Glera grapes are handpicked in mid-September and pressed before must is separated from the skins. First fermentation is in steel with select yeasts; second fermentation follows the Charmat method at 57.2°F.COLORStraw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.NOSEFruity, with clear hints of ripe apple and delicate floral notes.PALATEFresh, delicate and balanced, with soft acidity.

The vineyards around the company in Bibano, in addition to those in Follina and Vittorio Veneto, correspond to 14.5 hectares and are cultivated according to the criteria of organic farming. It has therefore been banned the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, herbicides, GMOs and derivatives.
