Released in 38 US states in 2008, this limited edition set comprises two bottles. The first commemorates the 70th anniversary of the re-opening of the Jack Daniel distillery in 1938, and the second celebrates the repeal of National Prohibition in the US five years earlier. Interestingly, the bottle shape used was conceived by Michael Osborne Design, and was originally proposed for the Jack Daniel’s Monogram ten years earlier. It was instead used for the 1915 Gold Medal release in 2002, and again here.
