Description
Appearance: Clear pale green, louches when water is added.
Aroma: Fennel, coriander and slight liquorice with aniseed. With water: subtle anise sits above notes of fennel and coriander. Clean and fresh.
Taste: With water: Fresh and rounded with anise backed by angelica, coriander, fennel, liquorice and mint.
Aftertaste: Long, well rounded finish. Overall: This ‘Supérieure’ version launched in 2013 is more delicate and complex with far more subtle aniseed and rooty notes than the original La Fée Parisienne.
