On the nose, melon, dried apricots, woodruff, with a hint of exoticism and pink pepper, dusty and smoky. On the palate, a delicate texture, juicy and charming, with a fine spice (pepper), green tea and mirabelle plums, white minerality, medium acidity, remains very elegant even in the finish.
