The aroma is pleasingly oily, mildly sweet and bean-like; air contact does little except to bolster the bean/kernel quality as the bouquet becomes intensely cereal-like. Palate entry is bittersweet and beany and the oily texture works for me; at midpalate, the intensity of the grain kernel flavor accelerates. Finishes sweetly and quietly.
